Troubleshooting Videos and Downloads
Problems With the Videos
If you are using an Ipad or Iphone and you do not see the videos, please try the following to troubleshoot:
- Try the Chrome Browser (more reliable)
- Make sure you OS is up-to-date
- Refresh your connection. Make sure you have a strong connection.
- Try on another device
- Clear browser cache
- Use the Teachable App
If none of these work and you need to watch them on your Ipad or Iphone (ie, a computer is not an option), then download the videos directly to your Ipad or Iphone.
